Dates: Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 9:30 AM and 11AM

The low-impact exercises specifically help to maintain range of motion, joint mobility, muscle tone, muscle strength, balance and endurance for the participants.

Tai Chi exercise

Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9AM.

Involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Tai chi requires no special equipment and improves balance, stamina, relaxation, strengthens muscles and helps blood circulation.
