Join our Walking Group and enjoy the benefits of staying active while exploring the great outdoors! Our weekly walks are a fantastic way to boost your fitness, enjoy nature, and meet new friends. All fitness levels are welcome, and we tailor our routes to ensure everyone can participate comfortably. Come and take a step towards a healthier lifestyle with our friendly Walking Group at the senior center!

Tai Chi

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9:00 a.m. in the Aspen Room
Join us for Tai Chi, a gentle exercise that promotes balance, flexibility, and relaxation. This ancient Chinese practice is perfect for seniors, offering a low-impact way to stay active and improve overall well-being. Our classes are led by experienced instructors who will guide you through the slow, flowing movements. No prior experience is necessary, and all fitness levels are welcome. Come and discover the many benefits of Tai Chi in a supportive and friendly environment.

Chair Yoga


A gentle form of stretching done seated and beside a chair. Ideal for those suffering from weakness, tension, and inflammation of the joints. Special focus is given to improve balance, center the body and still mind through breathing and movement. Some blocks and straps are used to modify the practice.

 Senior Fitness


Stay active and healthy with our Senior Fitness classes! Designed specifically for older adults, these sessions focus on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and overall fitness
